A 74-year-old man has been charged after seven horses were found abandoned in a trailer in west Edmonton. When police opened the trailer, they found seven horses standing in feces and urine. Police said they'd been in the trailer for at least two days

OMG this is disgusting. He obviously did not care about the animals welfare--I therefore have no concern with his welfare. Thank you Simone.
