A police officer was fined £255 after he 'hung' a police dog by its lead and forced it over a five-foot jump. PC Mark Edgar thought he and police dog Hax could do with more training and went out on an obstacle course while on duty at Weymouth Police

This man should be banned from keeping dogs - or any animals at all - for life ! ! !

You do not "train" a dog by abusing it!!!!!!!

He is not suitable for police work at all, if he has that kind of mentality; obviously badly in need of psychotheraphy and anger management training.
