Cougar Captured Near University of Colorado, Moved to Safer Area

A cougar is back in the wild after being captured near the University of Colorado. The state Division of Wildlife says it captured the mountain lion Wednesday from Boulder's University Hill neighborhood.

i'm pleased to hear they've moved the cat - but all too often they tend to kill them out here. they tag them, and often if the animal's found again in the area, they will shoot the animal. (this goes for the bears they find around here too) they're running out of places to live because we keep spreading out and not up!

i am glad the cat was saved, but i hope were they have moved it to, it will be safe there too and be protected...thanks Simone..noted
