Sickening. You just can't tell about hardly anyone anymore. How hard is it to give an animal it's basic needs?

Nikia should be thrown off the force, she has broken the law and is a criminal.

she got out on bond!!!! of course she did , she is a police officer they look out for each other. this withch needs to go to prison for a long time, and at the very lest be fired from the police force. this is horrible for anyone to do, but a police Officer? how could you trust her to protect you?

The very people who enforce the cruelty laws...and this happens...makes you wonder who you can trust doesn't it? I hope they throw the book at her and make an example for all officers who break the laws regarding animal welfare. No one should be allowed to starve an animal.
