Thanks Simone-I missed this one.
Noted, signed and forwarded.
My heart breaks for the dogs-just think how much the lab suffered before he/she died. Thank God the border collie survived.
The Manning's can go to hell. Evil scumbags.

Signed and noted Simone, I hope they get the maximum term for this as it's downright cruel to leave a dog tied up without anything to eat or drink and no cover either. It's horrible what these people have done.
I have fwd this as well, I've FWD your stories so people should get this if they go into your stories. I hope they do. Thank you for this story though.

Signed the petition... gah some people are seriously disturbed to allow something like this to happen to an animal in their care. It's disgusting and inexcusable.

Signed, thanks Simone...some people do not deserve the companionship and loyalty of animals. These people are a prime example, and deserve to be punished, with no chance of owning any more animals for life.

Petition gladly signed. Disgusting behavior for someone that refers to themselves as human. Thank you.

Unbelievable how a person can just leave their dogs behind like they are nothing. I hope this plays on their concious for the rest of their lives. They could have at least left food and water. I bet they are eating and drinking well everyday though!
