Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If orcas are endangered, taking them from their natural habitat should be totally prohibited, while keeping them captive for entertainment value should be a punishable offence. We would like to see all captive orcas rehabilitated and returned to the wild, wherever possible -- beginning with the Orlando orcas.

Can "captured" Orcas like Tillikum not be returned to the wild? Humans had NO business taking him in the FIRST place!

NOTED, SIGNED & COMMENTED: The recent news storm re: the trainer drowning clearly shows that orcas MUST NOT BE KEPT PRISONER FOR HUMAN 'ENTERTAINMENT.' Safe refuge is what is called for, without a doubt.

Thankyou. Orca's cannot be properly cared for in captivity- their needs are far too great for humans to provide for, so this is somthing truly needed.

Whales have never hunted us for profit. They have never captured us and enslaved us for their own amusement. They've never exploited us in any way. What is it with people, anyway?
