This is ridiculous! They said 70 deaths in two years is not alarming?? WHAT? These lions are the only ones left, what are they thinking? A new place has been made for them but they refuse to let them go? They just simply do not care about these lions! Thanks Simone...this is very upsetting!

Outrageous! Send them to where they have the room and ability to care for them. It is unthinkable that 70 lions have died in 2 years and that there is no concern for their welfare. In a country where human life is often expendable, it is understandable that the fate of the lions may not be a top priority, but when an offer is made to trade them or take them, it is absurd and abusive to hold onto that which you cannot care for.

Shame on the Gujarat Government for refusing the offer of help when they are so apathetic when it comes to protecting these animals themselves.
