This is what I have to say about the Perpetrator who harmed and killed the defenseless dogs .... "Countless rebirths lie ahead, both good and bad. The effects of karma (actions) are inevitable, and in previous lifetimes we have accumulated negative karma which will inevitably have its fruition in this or future lives. Just as someone witnessed committing a criminal act will eventually be caught and punished, so we too must face the consequences of faulty actions we have committed in the past, there is no way to be at ease; those actions are irreversible; we must eventually undergo their effects." Tenzin Gyatzo His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama
The shortest explanation of karma that I know is: 'you get what you give'. In other words; whatever you do intentionally to others, a similar thing will happen to yourself in the future.

Also the 'Golden Rule' of Confucianism makes a similar statement: Tzu-kung asked, "Is there one word which may serve as a rule of practice for all one's life?"
Confucius answered, "Is not reciprocity such a word? What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others."'

From His Holiness the Dalai Lama's book Path to Bliss: "Some people misunderstand the concept of karma. They take the Buddha's doctrine of the law of causality to mean that all is predetermined, that there is nothing that the individual can do. This is a total misunderstanding. The very term karma or action is a term of active force, which indicates that future events are within your own hands. Since action is a phenomenon that is committed by a person, a living being, it is within your own hands whether or not you engage in action."

Noted and signed. Full prosecution under the felony animal cruelty laws with NO PLEA BARGAIN is the only answer to put this guy where he belongs......off the streets.
Everyone let these poor dogs down and is the shame of North Carolina.

I would like to know why the AC left the other pit bull there when in was known what this sick, crazy idiot did to the dogs, killing one and assaulting a woman and the dog was hanging from the collar and they LEAVE it there. Does no one there have any brains at all, no to realize that the dog could have internal injuries, definitely emotional injuries, and is in danger of repeat attacks and of being killed. I do not understand these people.Hopefully, maybe the poor dog could be rescued by an individual since Ac doesn't have the sense to do so. Noted and signed.

That SICKO! He deserves that same fate! Oh I so believe an eye for an eye & a tooth for a tooth! What goes around comes around! He is the devil in disguise! How some humans can become so evil against innocent animals is beyond me! These poor animals are so defenseless against Monsters of this caliber! And then they left the other dog there to meet the same fate! Are they utterly that stupid or brainless! That poor dog is in grave danger & who knows that he may have internal injuries. Oh this just infuriates me to no end! I signed gladly 1000 times.

Why would they let him keep the poor dog that survived? He needs to be tied to a truck and dragged so we can see if he survives. The more realistic approach would be for him to be prosecuted and sent to jail and another forever home found for the poor survivor. What's going on in these people's mind's?
