Lucky is a nine-year-old dog who has spent nearly half of his life locked in a basement. Before that, he was left alone in the yard most of the time, and his barking prompted complaints from the neighbors. For the past two months, the owner hasn't been

Why is this poor dog still there? Legally he can be seized by animal control, this is abuse. Please update when he is free.

So now he is in an animal shelter, poor guy, I was hoping a rescue would be able to get right away.

At least he is getting fresh air and can be in the sunshine since he is in a shelter and has an outside run.They must put him up for adoption so he can get a forever home for his remaining days

Already signed! At least now the poor little pooch gets to socialize with other dogs and see the light of day!! Fingers XXXXX that somebody really deserving gets to take him home and quickly!!!

this dog suffered and his owners rights are better protected. this is ridiculous. i hope these people are fined and prosecuted,but i doubt it will happen since the animal cruelty laws are still to weak to do anything.
