What a sick indivdual! I think anyone charged with animal abuse should be convicted as a felony with strong jail sentence attached. Also fines should be enforced with money going to an animal legal fund.

Noted and Signed! This man should be arrested and put in jail for animal cruelty. He is no artist. He is just a sick sadist or psychopath who enjoys seeing a sentient being suffer and then try to pass it off as art! Nobody should be interested in seeing his cruelty because that's what it is! Why can't the shelter that he received this dog from charge him with felony animal cruelty. When you sign a contract with a shelter, no where on that contract does it say that you can shoot the dog to make a film. He obviously got this dog on false pretenses, he lied, and he should be arrested for this. He should be reported to the shelter.
