Although I tried and tried, I couldn't get it to open up for me. Don't know what the problem is, but I would certainly like to read and sign since I live across the state line in Kansas City, Kansas. Actually this is the first I have heard of this ans I kind of have a vested interest in knowing what's going on.

If a nuclear accident happens in Kansas and sickens and kills its citizens, I don't want their chemicals moving east to Pennsylvania.

As we speak, there is no safe or reliable method for getting rid of the waste, none, none whatsoever.
This is like George Bush getting us into a war in Iraq, without a plan for retreat.
How can you charge ahead, without knowing where you are going?

Sometimes, it appears that conservatives are willing to cut off their nose to spite their face.
They want to build these nuclear plants, simply, because liberals don't want them.
That's smart.......really smart!
