signed and posted on FB. It is the owners that make these wonderful dogs mean. They are gentle, loving and think they are lap dogs.

This is typical response by government excess; they'd be better off drafting the pitbulls to serve in the legislature and scrapping the sorry excuses for humans who passed BSL.

Signed and noted. Dog attacks happen because of the dog's master, not because
of the dog's character.

I am so tired of having to write about this and urge people to stop stereotyping. Dogs and their people suffer, more so the dogs, and it is wrong. When people were surprised that my pit was so amicable because of her breed I would tell them, 'you;re never going to see in the paper about a pit bull licking a 3 year old' meaning they only print the bad things. Unless the media stops being so negative and starts reporting the good side of pits people will remain ignorant and closed minded. Although we had out moments I became a cheerleader for pibulls after knowing her and seeing the bias first hand.

I don't understand that... they can be just as sweet as any other dog, and they certainly need a home just as much!

Pit bulls are the most wonderful, loving dogs! My mom and uncle have had them my whole life. I used to sleep on top of one when I was 4 years old. All the others absolutely loved and protected my sisters and cousins. Not one ever bit or hurt anyone. There is no such thing as bad dogs, only bad owners. GLADLY signed and noted.

Signed of course. I am the proud owner of an american pit bull, and, although this is my first dog and I am unexperienced, he is so lovable and cute... He never bites, he has many times put my hand in his mouth while playing, but never bitten. He even tries to play with my cats and I must say they are the ones to bully him...
