A severely emaciated dog was found at ACE hardware store in Detroit on November 4th, 2011. Detroit Animal Control was called and quickly arrived to remove the dog from the location. Many individuals and rescue organizations alike have committed funds

What a first class miserable excuse for a human being this Harry Ward is. Why would the city of Detroit select him to oversee animals.? He is nothing but a cruel, heartless monster, who enjoys killing our innocent dogs. They are living beings. They matter. The picture of that poor little soul scrunched up on that bare, cold floor is devastating. Not only should he be fired, he should be run out of town. A criminal who should be charged with animal cruelty is what he is.

What a disgrace these people are to animal welfare!!! This poor dog is suffering and he needs medical help,when did organisations that are supposed to see to the care of animals become so heartless,obviously the owner will not be claiming this dog! WHAT ARE THEY STUPID!! Help the poor innocent dog and stop its suffering.
