It won't open for me to sign, unfortunately. I just hope he also vetos drilling in the Arctic because the idea of those monsters getting their way up there is frightful. Aside from the fact that they want to keep us from exploring alternate, healthier fuels, they are determined to drill where they please. What boggles my mind is, why was BP given permission to drill in a different place in the GULF??????????? Obama needs to do a more thorough job.

Signed! Extracting oil from tar sands is MUCH worse for the environment than just drilling for oil. This'll probably make me a pariah with you guys, but I do believe they desperately need those jobs (in LA), and we desperately need the oil, and they have put SO many fail-safes and backup fail-safes in place to never let a thing like the BP spill happen again. They are in a fishbowl with the whole world watching. I think they'll be unbelievably vigilant now.
