In addition to their beauty and intelligence, domestic horses tend to be gentle in nature and hard-working animals. But one Oklahoma man ignored these traits, and the cruelties he allegedly inflicted upon his horse lead to his arrest.

This is horrible!! Too bad he can't get the punishment that fits the crime. I hope he gets the maximum sentence. I also hope that it will be highly publicized and give evil, cruel people to hve secnd thoughts before they commit such horrific abuse. Also maybe more people will speak out against animal cruelty and make even sticter laws.

No pity or sympathy for this evil monster should anyone decide to take the law into their own hands and give him his just deserts as I doubt the courts will!!! The justice system HAS got to start taking animal abuse and animal cruelty seriously and utilise the laws to their maximun capacity with punishments that fit the crime, letting the abusers know that these crimes are taken seriously and they will be getting more than a token 'slap on the wrist' Come on, justice system WAKE UP and smell the coffee, don't let all the caring, compassionate people down any longer.
