The little town of Okuma, Japan has yet to bounce back from last year's nuclear plant disaster. The earthquake and the tsunami that hit the area around the same time jeopardized the reactor cooling systems. Thus, the Fukushima Daiichi plant explosion

the japanese gov't is a mess with politicians pointing fingers at everyone else (sound familar?) until they straighten themselves out, nothing can get done. the people, as always, are the ones that have to pay.
