Come now, where the hell was this so-called caring owner all those months? How did the dog get lost without a tag or any ID? Mr. Hernandez should sue the owner for compension after all the care he gave his dog, which propably be dead if Hernandez hadn't saved him. Signed.

Why couldn't the owner find Mr. Hernandez earlier ? Where he was all this time ? What a 'loving' owner. What a brutality to go to the police and how stupid are they there. Arrested the wrong man.

Noted, tweeted, tweeted, signed, and shared. This man should be receiving an award for heroism and for kindness. The owner should get a fine for not having tags on his dog or for not looking for him earlier. This is sad and ridiculous. Obviously the police and the owner have no common sense or empathy.

S & N! Just rescue folks and don't tell a soul anything...We still have to save as many as we can and the owner of this pup obviously didn't give a hoot one about this dog as the story states that they made contact with this poor man months later. So this should be a case of 9/10ths of the law, is possession many states dictate that if one cares for an animal for 3 consecutive days that person can claim ownership to that animal. This is just another case of stupidity on crack! This man needs to get himself a good attorney and there should be socks flying in all directions in that courtroom.

Utterly ridiculous!
The owner of this dog should be prosecuted for no tags on the dog, and also for wasting police time.
Mr Hernandez was kind and compassionate, he deserves praise not blame!

Esto ya es el colmo !!! Detienen a un buen hombre que salva a un pobre perro perdido y en cambio los asesinos y torturadores de perros actúan impunemente porque no son lo suficientemente duras las condenas !!! Es increíble !!!
