I find it an outrage that the Department of Natural Resources of Indiana would spend this much time prosecuting people who are saving an animal. I would like to see this amount of fervor applied to animal abusers! They should say thank you

I think the "stink" was having a wild animal in their possession. If that's the case, then they should go after all the hunters who have killed wildlife and had it in their possession....and on their walls as trophies and in their bellies.

Criminal to rescue a wild animal in distress and perfectly OK to slaughter wolves, bears, coyotes, wild horses and any other poor creature that has a pulse. What a deranged set of priorities.
