What a load of rubbish, how the hell wouldnt she know the poor dog was there, and to tie him up to pick up truck is cruel too.

How many people do you know that tie their family pet to the bumper of their auto they use everyday? That ranks right up there with forgetting to drop your child off at preschool and leaving them in the car for 8 or 10 hours before you remember.
What is an animals life worth, not much.
I don't often read stories of about animal abuse because it is so disturbing.
