Personally, I have had the pleasure of a colby pit bull. She was so good natured. Put up with 5 cats, a much smaller, very bossy dog, and six children (three under the age of 5 yrs). We never had any problems with her other than her wanting to chew inanimate things.

Pit bulls, given love and affection, are in turn, very loyal, very loving and very affectionate.

All these poor dogs .... so horrible the videos... the photo's ... the injuries, the wounds. Everything about every aspect of dog fighting is tremendously horrible & sickening. The breed was always a fine, friendly, loyal, family dog, great with kids etc. Many of them now, from the minute they are born... they don't have a chance for one reason or another. Vick makes me sick too. Always had a "bad" feeling in my gut about him that I couldn't put my finger on.... now I know what it was.

Poor Dogs. I reckon we should pray hard for an end to dog fighting, as well as pray for Vick. Because no one in the right mind would do such a thing to such wonderful creatures. But the Jouranlism seems to be out there, with all of this exposed, I'm sure it'll be short lived. God Bless mans Best Friend.

I feel that this is absoulty appaling, dogs are incconet beings just like childern all they want is love and affection. The pain that they suffer because some sick INDIVIDUALS want to find there kicks out of pain is heartbreaking what goes throught there mind i dont know.
