UNbelievable!!!
What an outrage - the American justice system (but the same the world over) repeatedly betrays those it is meant to serve! That these lowlifes are free in the community is not only a travesty of justice - but is placing that community at risk, from creeps who obviously have no respect for others' basic human rights. These animals BELONGED to people who loved and cared for them!
For shame!

Truly a shame these two get away with this and free to go about their life, while the innocent dogs have no justice! These scum will no doubt go on to harm more animals or people.

I almost vomited when I read about the charges being dismissed. I can't believe that a video and witness aren't enough. Minton admitted to killing!
