This is hard to understand, although Lance Ramos is guilty of starving and abusing Ned, and has a history of circus animal abuse, he has not been criminally charged nor had his licence revoked. Bloody disgusting. And I wish they would charge all those circuses and revoke all their licences. No more animal circuses, places of terrible, savage cruelty.

I can't believe they haven't revoked his license. How many more animals have to suffer or die before they do?! Noted and gladly signed.
Thank you Simone.

Neither do I Kathy, it is quite unbelievable that he still is working(abusing) the animals. Makes my blood boil.
