IDA has partnered with Change.org, a national group formed to recommend social reforms to the Obama administration. We encourage each of our supporters to sign up, to click on Ideas, then on Animal Rights (in the lower right-hand corner), and finally, to vote for our two recommendations: a) Promote Guardian Campaigns and b) Repealing the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (vote for each of the duplicate proposals).

The deadline is December 30th. The top three ideas in each category will be entered in a runoff between January 5-10 for presentation to the Obama transition team.

I joined Change.org with several causes, BUT they are only meant for members in the U.S.
When I want to sign a petition, I have to cheat and use the state CA with Zip: 79555...
There is no way to sign without cheating...so i think I will unjoin me again.
