Every year, more than 15 billion animals are slaughtered for food in the U.S. alone. Each of those billions of individual animals is denied everything that is natural and important to them: the space to take a few steps, love, safety from fear and pain,

I was watching the BBC channell and they stated that it takes 16 animals deaths to put leather in a Bently and I forget how much wood for the dashboard.Maybe we should do something about these smug people that knowingly buy these cars and the company for not giving a damn.Excuse the language but I am pissed off! Just because you have money doesn't give you the right to KILL LIFE OF ANY KIND.tHEY SHOULD BE PUTTING THEIR MONEY TO GOOD USE.DOES ANYONE ONE KNOW ANYMORE ABOUT THE BENTLY COMPANY?I am not the best at writing petitions but would gladly work with someone who can.

Since I cannot slaughter any animal, I don't eat them.
As simple as that.
Since 1975.

Have gone more than 30 days without meat-though its not a competition of course.I'd just like to see more people wake up to the horror they are a part of-the end point of a process of barbarism.

Christian ~ almond milk is excellent if you have no allergies thereof. Look into legumes (split peas, lentils, beans) also nuts are an excellent source of protein. Walnuts also being a great source of omega oils. Perhaps by looking at a diet that is eco-friendly as restrictive and difficult..know instead that it is rich in the abundance of alternatives. Keep on keeping on for not only your envronment, but also for you...vegan/vegetarian is truly benevolent to our bodies! Peaceful thoughts and peaceful paths. aho

Pledge signed, but I took the pledge to be a vegetarian years ago.
There is a lot of tasty "vegetarian" meat-alternatives and not very expensive too. You don't need to be a "kitchen queen", you can also make a healthy and quick dinner.
Thanks Simone
