A completely unscientific poll of Politics Plus readers on the appropriateness of George Zimmerman's charges.

Letís hope that the jury is actually thinking critically and fairly, and not just a bunch of low-effort thinkers trying to get to the pub or the golf course, or whatever other recreational thing they like to do.

It appears to be the most appropriate charge. I think there are a lot of unanswered questions, and I hope that Zimmerman's upcoming trial results in the truth being revealed and justice being served.

After the Casey Anthony fiasco, i think that if the prosecution truly believes they can get a conviction on this charge than i say go for it...some justice is better than none.

Thanks all. One thing that does concern me is that it will be difficult for Zimmerman to get a fair trial, given all the details that have been circulated. If I were selected in his jury pool, I would have to disqualify myself on the basis of having already formed an opinion.,
