Like last week, here is my 2012 election map with my projections. Please understand that I am working with the election system we have, although I find that system to be grossly anti-democratic. I shall cover how I would change it at end of the article.

Because my vote won't count, I intend to vote either for Jill Stein or Rocky Anderson to express my displeasure with the choices - if I lived in a "problematic" state, I would definitely vote for the "O" - and I'll probably phone bank for his vote (ironically) - we can't afford to place the country in further jeopardy with a Supreme Court needing more justices! I do hope that other Parties are given credance for future contemplation come '16, without splintering the Dems and creating a mega-corporate GOP,in which democracy cannot survive !

I am workin' it here in Iowa! Spoke with several former republicans who don't feel they are represented by this fascist party, nor do they feel it upholds their Christian values. An 80 year old man expressed his frustration that this right-wing party has no heart, saying that they don't believe that we are our brother's keepers, but that is not his Christian belief. We are all in this together, and must help one another, but the republicans are just mean, heartless, and Romney is nothing but a mobster who slithers around loopholes performing "bust-outs" of companies, then hides the hoard overseas to avoid paying fair taxes. Iowa is going tObama, but i will not rest until late Nov. 6. Too much is at stake

Here, hear, Camila and Mary!!...3 of my Care2 friends, that have always voted Repub, all their lives, are voting Obama this year, because they are so frustrated , scared of and embarassed of the GOP and what it has become...so is one of my new neighbors, that is a 4-square Pentacostal..(I am Non-denominational and let her know, "we can be friends, but I guarantee you, WE will butt heads when it comes to politics and certain issues..but IT IS OKAY TO DIASGREE AND STILL BE FRIENDS!"....WELL, SHE CERTAINLY HAS TAKEN ME ON MY WORD!!...sHE SAID RIGHT UP FRONT, SHE IS VOTING FOR oBAMA, BECAUSE rOMNEY IS SUCH A DISGRACE...and in her fellowship, 4 times a week, POLITICS is the the hot and fervent topic!!..and she says she is winning...getting most to vote for Obama...because they want their Medicare and Social Security...PERIOD!!..THEY WILL VOTE OBAMA....even if he is a democrat and supports Gay Marraige, which seems to be the #2 biggest issue in her church...So I presented the argument, if WE as a Country legalise Civil Unions for Gays & Lesbians, and kept "Marrage and it's definition, betweeen a Man & Woman, would YOU and any of your Church, ...go for that!?! .."YES< Shelly!..You already pointed out, that they need to share their bennifits, medical visiting in hospitals..and I agree with that! A Civil Union is okay"..."I said, " Give me a high five lady!! You just agreed with over 80% of all Washintions and the WHOLE United STATES!!..So petition for that and talk about that at Church, that way everyone is respected and wins..god made Homosexuals, and If you Believe in God and the Bible!?!...well, I don't know about you?...BUT i DONOT QUESTION GOD ON HIS CREATION!!!..(which then opened the door on creationalism/evolution...which she tried to "nail me"! I laughed and said, I am a Christian and an evolutionist, and it is a hard place to be, ONLY when trying to explain....so here it is:......Everything is Math and Math is the Universe's "Language", period it is constant, and Man is always trying to understand it....1=1 really does =2, If you believe God created EVERYTHING, THEN GOD CREATED EVOLUTION, AND WHO ARE WE TO QUESTION GOD!?!God= Existense,Creation is evolution, always progressive!"..I saw a light bulb of recognition working in her eyes and today she stopped by after Church and said, fellowship was certainly a lively debate today..I need to go home and take a nap." Over turn Citizens United and reform the electoral process! Has a nice ring to me! I would like to see the reform of Canada's electoral process too in order to prevent another Harper debacle. Four years of Harper and his harlots on a 39.6% popular vote. Now there is another "space for rent!" but in a different way. Here, we don't even vote for the PM — he is elected by his constituency, and as leader of his party, automatically becomes PM if his party wins. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I' like lee, I'll vote third aprt because NY doesn't think and always votes Democrat. The majority of this state is quite different but is always carried by the ehavy Democrat enrollment in the NYC area. There's been talk of creating a new state of everithing outside that lala zone of NYC.

Please do not waste a vote on an Independent in this election! The issues are too important! An Inedependent should not just show up to the dance and play the spoiler! Any Independent movement should play it like the Tea Party - start at the lower levels of government and work up! Now they have Ryan running for VP! THAT is how you win credibility - paying your dues!

Just remember, if the evil twin were elected, you daugher, sister, female friend, any woman in your life may someday soon be foreced to carry and deliver a child that was a product of rape of incest! Or, carry and deliver a defective foetus - one with encephaly, for instance, because, according to the new bill now law in Georgia, the "women as livestock bill" if cows and pigs can do it, so can women! Romney as a provision in his economic plan that gives tax breaks to companies that outsource! The voucher plan for seniors and Medicare is a dream come true for insurance companies as they raise costs and voucers do not keep up! Soon, no health coverage worth anything! And the disasterous tax and energy plans!

Please read a post I made just today. Many writers are starting to connect the film that cause the uproar inthe middle east to team Romney, and, what they have found out, makes perfect sense! The evil twins have cheated and lied their way throughout the campaign, and, the Repukes have already said they will do anything to defeat Obama, so, why would this not be plausible! Romney thinks more of his horse than the people of this country! Read my post of today - it really pulls out facts, and now the Justice Dept. is investigating! Let us hope this all comes out before the election! Romney and his thugs have sunk to the very lowest possible, and, this is not stretch of the imagination! PLEASE PUT YOUR VOTE WHERE IT WILL COUNT! Republicans have NO intention of EVER cooperating with ANY Democrat in office. They are against women, children and the middle class. Why they have become so obstructive over the years I can only guess is that they want more money in their pockets and to hell with the rest of the nation. Vote Republicans out of office in every state and at every opportunity.

Thanks Tom for the updated projection. Was sorry to see Wisconsin move to undecided. I am working hard to make Ohio a blue state. Your solution to fixing our election system is just the thing to make it more representative of the voting public. People: VOTE as "Democracy is not a spectator sport", you must be involved.

For all who have friends and neighbors who are religious and believe in the Republican line about being the party that supports a Christian nation, then please give them copies of the article in Rolling Stone by Matt Taiibi about Romney and his Bain Capital way of doing business. It is a clear expose about how anti-Christian his way of life and business truly is. Everything that Romney did in his business dealings was about greed, manipulation, exploitation and crooked dealings that are mafia-style.......and definitely anti-Christian values! Anyone who reads that and thinks that by taking advantage of the disadvantaged to put money in their own pockets (and hide it from having to pay their fair share of taxes on the ill-gotten gains) is anti-Christian!!! Call it loop-holes or call it exploitation, its all the same thing.
Romney cares only about the status-quo and wants to perpetuate things as they have been while further enriching himself and his supporters (the mega-wealthy). It makes it virtually impossible for average Americans to even get into the game, let alone make it the way he has. Everything about their platform stinks.
