Tom, belated Happy Birthday wishes to you!

Larry Craig and his tapping foot now wants the OK to use campaign money for his legal woes. Seriously, this is nuts but not surprising.

The new Pope is only a different man wearing the same dress. He stance on the poor, so what? Isn't that what we are all suposed to do? Help those less fortunate than we are. There is more to this sorry story than we all know and I hope it "hits the fan" as to why the last Pope is now in hiding and praying..

Time 3:52 - so much white!

I guess as long as republicans can make up quick lines to sell some on the idea of NEEDED cuts, they will continue to fight the president. Those cute selling blurbs are then repeated over and over on all news channels and few question what they mean. Another new word - "entitlements" - you bet I feel entitled I paid for it, now I want what I paid for.

Thanks for mentioning the Arpaio recall up in Phx. Apparently, they are in full meltdown mode, and those of us in So. AZ hope it keeps them busy for a long while so they stay out of our business down here. Every day we are feeling the "Phoenix-Creep" upon us. I hope they're successful in ridding themselves of that crazy old man; I just wish they'd leave the Dems. alone. I will say that the GOP is sure making it easier for people to "pick a side."

Puzzle 3:16 I flit, I float!

NPR Well it appears that the careers of the Republican/Teabaggers are in the toilet! . . . well at least one of them. How many more to go? They probably number more than the fleas on a dog's back!

The New Yorker You mean it was all reefer madness?! And I thought they were supposed to be holy men!

Arizona Blog What can anyone say? Arpaio is a bigoted piece of pond scum that slipped out of the primordial ooze. Hopefully, the DOJ will be successful in showing him the way home.

Cartoon He's right you know his job is not to worry about the 47%. That's the responsibility of the POTUS which he will never be! I guess his white horse got out of the barn before he could ride it!

I think Rand Paul's speech said it all.
