Here is the thirty-eighth article in our Republicans on Parade series, featuring individuals who personify what the Republican Party has become. Today’s honoree is the unnamed Salt Lake City School District Nutrition Supervisor for taking food from and humiliating elementary school children, after they had been served.

How could people be so sadistic as to take food from children! God grant that good comes out of evil and makes everyone who reads this story or who has experienced such injustice Left Wing for life – and politically active too!

There are some things in life done to others that are just flat-out evil...this is one of them. To deprive children of food and to humiliate and draw unnecessary negative attention to....is just beyond despicable, low-down, heartless, soulless and mean-spirited.....this is what sociopaths do. Because....it's all about the money....and of course, when able, to demean, embarrass and humiliate people, is an added bonus to them.

To do this to children just amps me up and makes me wanna dew some really evil, wicked, mean and nasty stuff to these SOCIOPATHS.....but.....that would bring me down to their level....however...sometimes....darkness becomes me.....and I become it. If I were living there.....I know I'd probably be sitting in their county jail about now waiting to be bailed out. LOL.

And NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I am not talking about doing anything .....permanent...like personal injury or (GASP) death.....the dead feel no pain or remorse or guilt or embarrassment or shame. No, I want them to feel all those things for what they have done to those kids and have probably messed with their heads for life because kids can be even more cruel than adults. You know some of their classmates are taunting them about it now.

This crap makes me livid. Sorry peeps, picking on animals and children are my pet peeves and this is just too disgusting for more words.

With all the money that the LDS church brings in, they could feed all the school children. Or Mittney himself could.

While reading this, I was listening to a show on film music, and a line was played from "A Bug's Life" – "It's not about food, it's about keeping those ants in their place" (because they outnumber us, and if they ever find out, it's the end of our way of life, etc). Yes indeed, how Republican. Kind of wants to make one see the movie. And/or issue a copy to every school child in Utah.

Children who are subjected to such humiliation by any adult is intolerable – of course it's a Republican issue, but it mentors like behavior from the children who witness it and believe that bullying creates a "result"! These individuals should be fired immediately!

The parents may have been remiss, or more likely just poor, in which case the lunches should be provided for the kids anyway! Where is the justice in this behavior? AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH! I'm so angry!

This is so pathetically stupid! It's taking the republican adagio "There`s no such thing as a free lunch" to the extremes, isn't it?
Actually the whole incident is rather a build up of narrow-mindedness, incompetence and bad management, with one thing leading to another, rather than wilful meanness and spite. One man, only passing through decides that no lunches can be given if not paid for and leaves without thinking about its consequences or how this is to be carried out. The School fails to provide an adequate check-list of who has paid or a protocol to work with and the staff (probably not too well educated dinner ladies) in fear of their jobs, decide to take the meals back from those children who have been identified as 'in the red' after the fact. The manager probably told them to chuck the lunches because he'd be violating rules if he passed them on. Stupid, very stupid, starting with the administration who apparently hadn't bothered to communicate with the parents about the outstanding lunch money. Gross incompetence all around, so very Republican, I agree, but IMO not with the usual Republican vile intent.

P. S. There's a petition to fire the manager at Daily Kos. Try this link: http://www.dailykos.com/campaigns/661 If it pulls up my information, change it; but I think it should work.

Ty Tom ...poster visual excellent ...[all those faces look so familiar...GOPs rallies and media moments!]

And yet another "Science of Success" story.

Yes those "trickle-down" opportunities are abounding: pay-to-stay is the only from birth. Costly studies not required--results are self-evident across the land [do not consider empirical data unless carefully manipulated by trained M.B.M. Success Science experts.] The cafeteria manager lives 24/7 in the Corporate Kingdom's Austrian School Oligarchy. She was just following oligarchy protocol--make sure the young are properly instructed and know how it works! Relief? Well that is at Mormon Church Ward doorsteps of course...all are welcome--nothing to it--just do exactly what church leaders tell you to do when they tell you to do it because that is what Joseph/Brigham & Co. said God wants. Then go directly to "members' only" food pantries and get something to eat. It's all so simple really! Just ask Anne or while you're hungry read a recipe in her cookbook or something. . .

[Pssst...don't ask about the missing 1st 100+ pages from Joseph's tablets of gold...it seems Lucy may have lost them and nobody needs them anyway...as they were always in Joseph's head!] Now the show must go on! ...and the One Nation Under M.B.M. sad and sorry saga continues. . .

Eternal patience. . .

Yes, it would be good to be the Goddess of Divine Retribution - point a finger and that person would immediately swap with the child, person or animal it was abusing. Be it physical, emotional or any kind of abuse, having the same experience is probably the only way Republicans will learn compassion.

It is so hideous to do this to children. It tells them that they are not worthy of food. They should have been fed the same as the other children. In fact their food should be free in all schools. People pay enough taxes to cover the cost of the little bit they give out in the first place. I hope this woman is now experiencing what it is like to be out of work. These children are not at fault, nor are their parents. There are a lot of people having hard times because of what the Rethugs are doing to us. Shame on these heartless, soulless bottomdwellers.

What particularly galls me is the waste of these meals in the garbage when 1) there are so many hungry children; and 2) Republicanus/Teabaggers rail about wasteful spending and then waste the food.

The only "good" Republicanus/Teabagger is an unemployed Republicanus/Teabagger!

Thanks everyone. Mama is correct. As long as any Republican holds any position of power, no matter how little, there will always be Republicans on Parade.

SPAM - flagged two spammers

I have one article on this complete mess in a Utah school saved for submission. This was not an accident, those in charge decided and then told someone to toss that food. Maybe if the parents find their child humiliated those parents will take the little money they have and pay the school district. From the board of education to last one on the administration chain, they should be fired. Children without food, is not just cruel it's a true reflection of the tiny miserly minds running this school district and a total lack of empathy.

Thanks TC - sorry to be late with this one.

Aren't these the same jackasses who fight so hard to protect future children, when they are still in the fetus stage?
All one really needs to know about Joseph Smith and his LDS stuff, is to be found in Karen Armstrong's "A History of God."
