A little slump in July is to be expected. On the average you're still going strong as ever. Looking forward to your new series.

Thank you, TC, for all you do - keeping us informed, making us laugh when laughing almost seems impossible, doing the site when you'd much rather sleep, etc. etc. etc. You are an inspiration to us all!

I have noted that several of your more faithful followers have gone missing from Care2 at least much of July and that Care2's maintenance outages were in hours I see the most activity from those here who follow politics. Always good to be aware when data has a seasonality pattern and to adjust accordingly. I agree with Dave on the down last month and would add I think it was down much more this year than last year.

I wouldn't worry about July - it has been the first decent weather month here in Mn for over a year, I'd imagine the same in other parts of the midwest. But I do enjoy seeing your hits all over the world, that's extremely pleasing - it means at least some in other parts of the world KNOW we are not all right wing nuts over here. :^)

Thank you, TC for the work you do. I hope that you can get something together to GOTV, since the gop is trying 43 ways in all 50 states to circumvent OUR DEMOCRACY. (GOTV = Get Out The Vote )

Thanks so much for the info, TomCat! It had instructions for getting an avatar for my posts! I never knew how to do that and it makes it so easy to spot my comments!
Thanks again, TC!!

I am very glad that things didn't go in the summer doldrums. It's time to ramp up for mid terms!
