It can't be fixed.. it is based on the profit locomotive gone loco like vultures feasting on their own body or cannibal boiling themselves for dinner... economic population growth speculative hysteria followed by wars to thin and prune the human herd and redecorate our world infratructure from time to time all fro teh benefit of the long term rich vampire classes who also have a birth control and expansion frachise problem..

It is just a matter now of keeping the military industrial complex for thje miltary police state up and running and letting the rest wither away into the world wide multi-national web of commericialized living for those that survive as the fittest as the leanest and meanest.
