Anaylists continue to discuss just how important an issue education will be in determining the Presidential election. It falls behind Iraq, the economy & immigration....but should it? Ask the taxpayers, not the candidates....

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this one should be a warning to our presidential candidates in the U.S. for the 2008 election. We may have the candidates focusing on Iraq, the economy & immigration...but shouldn't we instead be including the education of our children? How can they talk to Iraq and negotiate instead of fight with them when our kids can't even spell A-M-E-R-I-C-A???

I been saying this for awhile. Just think how much better our tax dollars could be helping kids and our own people if they were spent for the people and not for Bu$hes war. America's children should be number 1. Education, safety, protection of the children should matter most. What kind of future does America have if the children that are our future are forgotten now? We would have no hope for a better tomorrow. It is also showing the children that their worth is very little, which is not how it should be. Children should be able to know they mean everything, have values and morals, and hold their heads up high. But that is very hard to do when they are only noticed in the wrong ways. Many students graduate from school and can barely spell their own names. It's time to focus more on the children. And everything that is good and right for them. The ones that are our children now will someday be our leaders.
