I totally agree with Karen Cooper's comment, "Patient access to appropriate care should not be undermined by personal, non-medical judgments." The EC pill should be available to any responsible women who wants it, and if the pharmacies won't carry it, then it's time the govt. starts handing them out on college campuses, and universities ....FREE!

Kathy I'm not sure if it is still the case or if it was a law local to Australia only but here at anty rate they had some law about a proportion of the condoms breaking.

apparently somebody ain't gettin' any and he's pissed or they're all pissed-so if they figure maybe if they refuse to dispense the drug, no one will want to have sex for fear of getting pregnant. Missery loves company...
Ever wonder why those on the "right" always look so damn angry, hell who'd want to sleep with that? Icey frigid, no need for the "morning after" if there was no "night before."
OK I know that was really not nice, but I just couldn't help myself.

I've wondered what would happen if I as a lesbian (physical therapist) walked into a session in a neo-con or fundamentalist's house and decided I just didn't want to treat them because of their beliefs...wonder just would have happened. I have been out to almost everyone of my clients and cannot think of one time when there was problem. I did have one patient's son who felt that Disney was trying to "bring gays into the home" I told my boss that on my last day I wanted to tell him "by the way-Disney sent me" my boss thought it was a great idea. I just couldn't bring myslef to do it though, because I really did find that I liked them-they were seperatists totally against the government-but damn they were fun to banter with. Any I've digressed am so sorry.
