A recent surge in weakened and malnourished sea lions found along the Northern California coast is mystifying scientists and keeping workers hopping at the newly expanded Marine Mammal Center.

Unfortunately, if they only had to troubleshoot a natural problem they might be able to find a cause. Introduce man-made destruction on every level possible and the problem becomes more complex. I'm sure when/if they find a reason for these sea lions being so malnourished human beings will be the rood cause.
