These lessons are only valid if you have the time to act. In Chili and Japan there was little warning before the tsunamis hit their coast.

Thanks for the info, just because you don't live by the coast doesn't mean that you will never visit it - if you go on holiday any where take time to learn local emergency signals so you know what to do. Nature doesn't take a holiday just because you do.
