I can not and will not support this petition!

It does not supply any information or proof... all it says is sign here!

After doing some research on the subject, I found that:

"Investigations by Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) found that while students were admitted to various residential and on-line courses of the university and on paper lived in California, in reality they "illegally" worked in various parts of the country as far as Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. ICE called Tri-Valley a "sham university"

Students from India entering US after making false statements!

Having a person wear a ankle radio collar is not and will never be a human rights violation!

These people are visitors to our country, they knew what the rules and laws were before coming, they violated those rules and laws!

If I went to India and violated similar laws... the authorities would not treat me as kindly as our law enforcement has towards these criminals!

The fact remains, they violated our laws!

The Federal Rules and Application for a Student Visa are very clear!

U.S. Department of State - Student Visa

These students entered our country illegally... this is after they signed an application stating that they or their family had the funds for the courses and I quote:

Qualifying for a Student Visa

The Immigration and National Act is very specific with regard to the requirements which must be met by applicants to qualify for the student visa. The consular officer will determine whether you qualify for the visa. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate that they properly meet student visa requirements including:

* Have a residence abroad, with no immediate intention of abandoning that residence;
* Intend to depart from the United States upon completion of the course of study; and
* Possess sufficient funds to pursue the proposed course of study.
