Oh my goodness, I hope that someone was looking after the elderly person who lived there. Regarding the ghosts, hmm, I'm not too convinced but having said that I wouldn't spend a night there by myself!

It looks like it should be in a special episode of Hoarders; The Accumulation of Time. Hopefully, someone will salvage as much as they can & renovate the building.
