From the article:

In Ohio, as elsewhere, Obamacare will drive up the cost of private health coverage, especially for those who buy insurance on their own. A non-partisan study found that, by 2017, individual premiums in Ohio will increase by as much as 85 percent. In addition, Obamacare will deeply cut Medicare Advantage for more than 700,000 Ohio seniors enrolled in the program. And more than 30 percent of Ohio physicians say that they will place new or additional limits on accepting Medicare patients.

Jason, Medicare is on a path to fiscal insolvency and the President is doing nothing to stop it. Unless you count his plans to pay doctors and hospitals even less for their services, which I do not because it will only decrease the number of doctors willing to see Medicare patients.
