Ron, most of the people I know in their seventies, eighties, and nineties with glaucoma who use medical marijuana vote Republican. Their physicians prescribe it because nothing else seems to work as welI. I don't know if their party affiliation is due to senility or because they can't see very well, but your comment doesn't make any sense at all to me.

Noted; and MARK...you make some X-tremely LUCID points here that are based on FACT and not PSY-fiction...I know a few older patients that were prescribed MJ for Glaucoma--or Diabetic Blindness; and they (even back in the middle 80's) DID not have a rebellious atttitude politically. They were family people, and I was a Home-Health Aide at the time to the Lady of the House; the one suffering FROM Glaucoma, and WITH the presciption for Medical MJ. She was kind enough to share her "stash" with me after my hard work at her house, and the CLEAN tranquility of the Rx MJ, was so crystal CLEAR, that one could focus clearly and function beautifully, while pain would be terminated. I agree with you totally. If we all could come together we would have no need for the politicians and the Powers that be... I heard someone the other day referring to marijuana as 'Anger Management'. I thought that was pretty funny.
