FDA warned Americans not to buy prescription drugs from Canada. FDA didn't bother to mention, however, is that most pharmaceutical drugs purchased in the United States are manufactured in places like China and Puerto Rico.

Outsourcing is done by most (make that MOST) American manufacturers. And, it is outsourced to whoever will do it cheapest. Though that fact doesn't seem to surprise people, they are invariably shocked when each individual
commodity, and to whom it is outsourced to, comes to light. I always want to ask, "and you thought perhaps it was only ladies dresses outsourced to Canada or Great Britain?"

Key word always, "Cheap!!!"

The FDA is absolutely repusive:

"The FDA has not inspected 93 percent of the factories that manufacture pharmaceuticals outside the United States, and many of the pharmaceuticals manufactured for U.S. drug companies are contaminated with metal parts from the gears of processing machines or flecks of paint from factory walls."
