Thanks/noted. Texe Marrs does some good research. WeAreChange Central Indiana is hoping to investigate the Beach Grove "train facility". I'm not sure what to think about all of it, but eternal vigilance is the price of freedom I'm told. ;)

I heard of a facility in Texas, but not this. I am going to try to upload it and check it out.

I have seen similar before. It is interesting how some of these establishments came to be- and its not new. Rex-84 Alpha, Operation Garden Plot, Operation Noble Eagle, etc.
The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and is now under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provides Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances.
