THis night work. BuUt it is depending what is causing the depressions. If it is poverty, sickness and similar things, these techniques will not work for long.

Noted, thanks Gregory. I am saving this to watch it several times to memorize the thechnique. My depression is caused by chronic pain, and there isn't one doctor who will prescribe the proper pain relief to eliminate my depression. With this being said I doubt this technique will really work for me. But I will give it a try anyway. Drem sequences are another cause of depression, as well as environmental conditions where one lives. Again this technique might not work for those people. The Monday morning Blues is depression, but it goes away rather quickly. This type of depression is called Clinical Depression. Although this tecnique is interesting I have to wonder how he came up with this?

When you are with someone you love very much, you can talk and it is pleasant, but the reality is not in the conversation. It is in simply being together. Meditation is the highest form of prayer. In it you are so close to God that you don't need to say a thing--it is just great to be together.

I don't have depression very often, but have used EFT for about a year now.

Certainly does give oneself new insight.

Thanks Gregory

I use EFT for all sorts of symptoms that come my way It is the self that uses mind over matter to believe in yourself conditionally through these tapping points upon the body. I did not get the flue because I said to myself I did not want it, instead of saying I think I'M get the flue or coming down with the flue, Instead off telling the body I don't need it and building up the antibodies to fight it from happening. Depression is the circumstance of the living surrounding, We the body must also fight it through our minds, I am great beautiful and a person with my own future ahead of me I will be positive, no matter what happens, I will make myself happy

I use EFT, by Gary Craig, they have more tapping points, learned afew new ones here. For major tramua's it is best to work with someone else who is trained. You will find that tapping and talking about it will lead from one trigger to another. I posted on for PTSD, they gave to VETS for free, they all had major recoveries. I am not good at keeping up with, when I get overloaded, often, I will start tapping. If people subsribe to the EFT by Gary Craig, the dvd;s and lots of videos on jsut about everything. Seriously illnesses as well, one guy recovered from MS. in the spring I could barely speak, picking up the phone, or get tot he door was near impossible most of the time I was so bad off. It took me until Sepetember, using natural products that h ave cost me a fortune trying to heal as I was just left here braind amaged, before I could get a pshycothreapist in that does EFT as well. As long as I can pick up the phone and get to the door to let her in, it's ok, convulsions, paralizing, seizing, she works right through it. I can't wait until I can see her again. In 2 hours we went through alot, there is tons more.

this abit different, thx for posting, and the tapping break, love cherylsunshine
