I live in Wisconsin and am stunned by how many cruelty cases that have been flooding out of Wisconsin recently -- I always knew of the Puppy mills, but they have been getting much worse it seems. Very sad. I hope there is a special place in hell reserved for these heartless pet owners! It was a record breaking Winter--and they leave a colt out unprotected?!? Geesh -- I bundled my dog up in a sweater, coat and boots just to go out for a quick pee on those frigid days!
