MOUNTAIN DECAPITATION - Bush Gives Lump of Coal to People of Appalachia

Mountain decapitation is brutish and nasty, but, wow, it's so much more profitable for your corporation. What's a CEO to do? Blowing the tops off mountains is just another day's work for America's coal barons.

Some 1,600 miles of Appalachian streams have already been destroyed by mountaintop removal, and we'll lose another 100 more miles of streams each year the practice continues. HELP STOP MOUNTAINTOP MINING MADNESS

They should force the greed barons to drink and bathe from the polluted streams, like they expect the people of Appalachia to do. In fact, corrupt lawmakers should be the first to live by the laws they make before subjecting anyone else to them. If they're unwilling to live with the consequences for themselves and their families for a year, then don't expect man nor beast to be subjected to it either....I think that's a worthy bill to propose. I think the world would suddenly be a much better place.
