How Does The Worst Human Being Of Retail Sleep At Night? After He Sees This, He Won't.

After hearing Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries express his desire of not wanting larger-sized women or "not so cool" kids wearing his brand, this guy decided to fight back. He helps a group of people who could really use the clothes that Jeffries tries so hard to keep out of the hands of people he doesn't deem worthy. Check under the video for other ways in which you can help the homeless.

If ever there was a discrimination in business, this certainly ticks every box. In about a decade,a the xl-xxxxxl sizes are in high demand due to poor diets, and hopefully A&F will sink with that.

I just watched this on the news and I have to say I am very delighted with what Greg Karber is doing and I would love to see this go viral. If more people did what this man is doing, it could mean a world of difference to the poor and the homeless. Mike Jeffries is a stain on his Abercrombie underwear. Thanks JL.

Short people aren't picketing to get tall shops to make short clothes. The whole thing is stupid.

Each person who has a business has to select a marketing target. Some want to be something for everyone. Others have more exclusive brands. A&C's mistake is the same as merry go Round and other niche retailer. sooner or later the Cool kids move on to the new guy in town. Brooks Brothers tried the same. The CEO 's talk was from 2006. Very strange that it would be raisin eyebrows now? What was different in 2006? The economy was.
Want to help the homeless then gain political will to change a lot of different things. We need better policies and the lessening of rules for HUD and others. Many real estate companies are leaving HUD because of the constant rule changes an continued harassment. The prejudice against the poor is deep.

Uncool kids might be difficult, but just don't offer larger size cothing, or offer some pieces but charge more for those "styles". But like Scott says, it's hard to be a leading niche retailer for long, and offending people doesn't help.

Diane L. hit the nail on the head with: That's called "free enterprise". V.S. has never claimed to want to appeal to everyone. I just find it sad that A&F, which is supposed to be an upscale dept. store has decided they only want GOOD LOOKING, and slimmer customers and said so publically.

People have the choice to market what products they want to, however, one shouldn't speak ill of others who are not within their market of choice.

Who determines what is good looking or not? In some societies the ones with a more robust body is thought to be more good looking, some societies stretch necks with rings as that is considered good looking. This is a member or members of one society that is dictating what others should "think" is good looking. Stop being the lemmings no matter where you live and enjoy what is comfortable to your own eyes.

With so many suffering due to the Corporate types like him, this was a poor time to state these things but it is not surprising. Many of the wealthy and well to do feel some sort of priviledge or feeling of "I'm better than you because I have all of this money".....therefore my opinion matters more than yours. It is this same ego and self centered right to arrogance that has thrown so many into poverty, that has raped and ravaged this earth.

I find these type of people very shallow in their Being, that money and good looks is all that matters, so I'd not be supporting someone like that. Marketing is one thing, being disrespectful is another. As they say, "there but for the grace of God go I".....I wish no ill upon anyone but he knows not what may befall him or someone he loves in the future. There is no certainty in this world, a bigger fish than he is eagarly waiting to gobble him up too, in this money at all cost and be damned to all while I make it and get it global economy the MultiNational Corporations and Banksters have thrown upon us all.

Well let's hope that immature, not so cool, fool, has trouble sleeping at night, because this message goes viral and their sales plummet and he gets fired for being, well, not so cool. Personally I've never bought anything from that place, nor will I ever, and I have a big number of "no go" places on my list. Always room for one more though.
