Young adult unemployment isn't just hurting our generation, it's costing every American. The problem is so big, it is equivalent to charging every taxpayer an additional $171 a year.

From the Young Invincibles:
BIG NEWS! Young adult unemployment isn't just hurting our generation, it's costing every American. The problem is so big, it is equivalent to charging every taxpayer an additional $171 a year.

Earlier this month, we unveiled our new report, In This Together: The Hidden Cost of Young Adult Unemployment, and found that we're losing $25 billion annually because of severely high young adult unemployment.

Though young adult unemployment affects all of us, it really hits home for those of us who have ever struggled to find a job. Have you been personally affected by unemployment? We want to hear from you! Just click here to fill out a quick survey and tell us your story.

Before President Obama's State of the Union address, we'll share the stories and struggles of our generation on Twitter--follow along with #InThisTogether on Tuesday as we spread the word about one of the greatest crises facing our nation.
