Thank you, I notice when I stay in front of the computer to long and forget to eat I get very weak and shaky. I keep a block of cheese handy and nibble on that until I am able to prepare a proper meal.

Blppd sugar problem need immediate and comprehensive care. I am a diabetic, I know. Thank for the article, Fat, it is this type of health oriented article I like most about Care 2 news.

At onetime drank Red Wine while Dr.s told me to stop due to it causing Hypoglycemia, which I did now 30 yrs. later never has it returned.

My domestic partner refuses to eat until around 5PM in the evening so he eats once a day. He claims that "he doesn't have time" and "3 meals a day makes a person fat" (thinly veiled insult towards me) and so on.

Then he gets chronic headaches and "doesn't know why." He smokes all day and drinks cocacola and doesn't eat and then he wonders why this happens. He gets dizzy spells and is drained by the end of the day and still hasn't caught a clue.

*shakes head*

It's all about the blood sugar and you don't have to be a diabetic to learn about this! Gah....
