"The commercial images reveal a major expansion of a chemical plant complex near Dera Ghazi Kahn that produces uranium hexalfuoride and uranium metal, materials used to produce nuclear weapons, said analysts at the Institute for Science and International Security.

At a site near Rawalpindi, photos suggest the Pakistanis "have added a second plutonium separation plant adjacent to the old one," the ISIS report said.

Pakistan in recent years also has been building two new plutonium production reactors, it said.

"All together, these recent expansion activities indicate that Pakistan is indeed progressing in a strategic plan to improve the destructiveness and deliverability of its nuclear arsenal," the report said.

The expansion would enable Pakistan to build smaller, lighter plutonium-fission weapons and thermonuclear weapons that employ "plutonium as the nuclear trigger and enriched and natural enriched uranium in the secondary," it said."

A word to the wise> If you can do something and tell someone else they can't who is right. Do you have any clue to what the US has as far as weapons? You don''t think they have the best there is? Well they do but they will try other countries from attaining the same thing. When the US came in to take It over did they care the Native people did not have weapons of destruction. What if they did they would of never been able to take over the US. So will the US let any country they think they can take over now get any more weapons. They can't stop China from doing anything>

On the same page is an video with Hillary pledging $100 million to Pakistan. I wonder how many Americans know how Pakistan got the Bomb?

Could Pakistan have gotten the bomb by confiscating aid money meant for the poor and needy and using it to persue their weapons programs the same way that North Korea did. Thank you, UNDP.
