CAPITAL REGION, N.Y- It's a wet night and lights are out in the Capital Region. Scattered thunderstorms hit the area, knocking out power and bringing heavy rain and hail. In Saratoga County, there are more than 36,000 power outages.

We were hit here in my area earlier today..It was quite the storm..
