I saw that, worth watching again.
Have to agree with Jon.
Thank you Arielle. I hope those who didn't see it tune into this and watch it. It's a must see commentary on our nation.

I'm not black and I'm angry about the racism in this country - what must the black people be feeling? The shooting in the SC church last night is doubly horrific because it was in a church (altho all those innocent children in Sandy Hook probably felt the same way about school).

I think it well and good to have vigils and mourning and all that - but at what point, do we actually DO something about violence in this country? There will be a lot of blather and yak yak just as there always is - but when does something get DONE?

There was nothing funny about happened, worse that it happened again. Meanwhile, the mention of any attempt to get guns out of the hands of the crazies, meets with usual screaming and hand wringing over our rights. We also have a right to not be murdered. Jon handled this with exactly the correct tone.

Sadly, as far as we know this gun was a gift and was not an illegal weapon. We need more than gun control to address this problem.
