This is so sad. I signed this petition awhile ago. I just can't believe human beings can be so heartless and cruel to another living being. I do hope this law passes immediately. Anyone who harms an animal in any way needs to be put away for along time. And if they can do this to a poor innocent animal they need to be institutionalized. This poor dog had no way of helping himself. I hope they find out who did this to Buddy and will do the same thing to him/her. It's only fair that the abuser feel the same torture this little dog had to feel.

This is sick, that somebody could do this to another living creature. The person (and I use that word loosely in this case) responsible for this should be forced to suffer the same fate.

I hope the person who did this will be caught, it may not be by the Law but karmic debt will be back around to bring this person the same kind of tourture inflicted on this innocent animal...really,.this is a very disturbing case of animal abuse...all cases of animal abuse should be punished severly.....

I'm hoping that this passes too.... and no delays. The very recent victory in the news, the Moulder teens' sentences; their crime (among many) was animal cruelty. Perhaps that victory will begin to plant the seeds of justice everywhere.

I'm amazed at the video... it actually shows the petition and the scans the text and signatures.... that IS AWESOME! I'm sure that some good will come of Buddy's death.

I WOULD GLADLY GO TO JAIL MYSELF, FOR IF I WOULD EVER GET GOT MY HANDS ON THE PERPETRATOR/PERPETRATORS. THIS IS THE WORST CASE THAT HAS CROSSED MY DESKTOP. THERE ARE TWO PETITIONS ATTACHED, ONE SORELY MISSING IN SIGNATURES. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE SO INVOLVED WITH ONLY THEMSELVES ON THIS NETWORK, THEIR APATHY DISPLAYED ON MANY A SITE THEY HAVE DESIGNATED FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL FRUSTRATION.

This type of cruelty can only done by mentally unstable people. Anyone who would do something like this is capable of any atrocity there is! This should without a doubt be a felony with strict fines and jail time. I would even opt for giving someone a dose of there own medicine, but I’ll leave that up to God.
